AI is in every tool now, and most people are guessing at how to use it. This session gives your team a clear, jargon-free mental model of how large language models work, where they shine, and where they quietly get things wrong. We practise prompting on real tasks from your own day, and cover the privacy and data rules that keep AI use safe at work.

Practical details
We train on site in Austria or live online, in German or English. Fabian Wagner leads the courses himself; some topics are taught by partner trainers. Participants keep the course materials and get a confirmation of attendance and a Blax certificate of participation, which is not an accredited certification.
